Let the Record Speak for itself

So the news around campus is that the AKAs don't run the yard, that we don't do much programs, that we don't be working hard. We don't see the need to run on rather we are letting the record speak for itself

Junior of the Year- D'Asante Beneby
High Academic Achievement- Ashleigh Simons and Erica Woodard
and much more... (Representatives on the Greek Life Strategic Planning Committee(Dea), Order of Omega member(Dea), Member of Beta Alpha Psi Accounting Fraternity (Annae), Leadership Position within NPHC (Dea), participants in Vagina Monologues(Claire), One of UTs Best Dancers(Annae)and with all of this hard work and commitment to the chapter most of us work part-time jobs.

In addition to our campus recognition we have been recognized and awarded regionally. (8)We work hard each day.....All for AKA(8)

And in the words of pham, "We party hard...We stay up late, but most of all we graduate....We're scholars"


So in case you did not know.....Sigma Nu runs EVERYTHING, EVERYTHING, EVERYTHING!

The members of Gamma Theta Omega Chapter began a journey to establish an undergraduate chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated at the University of Tampa about twenty-five years ago. On December 7, 2003 the dream became a reality. Sigma Nu Chapter was chartered with twelve young ladies that were initiated on this historic date. The chartered members were Tiffany Murphy,Erin Thorpe, Quilin Achat, Michelle Walker, Kimberly Williams, Carla Thomas, Tara Hasselbarth, Kimberly Martin, Rochelle Guthrie, Vanessa Hubbard, Renata Felder, and Iyandra Smith.
